County Ocean Safety Division
The lifeguard division provides ocean safety and rescue services at guarded beach parks on the island of Maui only. There are no guarded beaches on the islands of Molokai and Lanai.
No department structure information is available at this time.
All lifeguard communications migrated to the 800 MHz trunked radio system.

Radio Call Signs
Ocean Safety Lifeguards use the call sign: LG-#, denoting some type of identification number instead of a tower identification number.
Lifeguard Tower Information
Tower information is not known, but here is a listing of "guarded beaches":
North Shore: H.A. Baldwin Park, Hookipa Beach Park
Maui lifeguards work one 8-hour shift, beginning at approximately 0900 and ending around 1700.
