Antenna End Loading With Spiral or Helical Coils

Excerpt: When I began this experiment, I knew that spiral coils worked well for antenna end loading but was troubled by the often-found advice that "end loading with coils just isn’t practical". I had no idea that spiral coils performed so much better than helical when used as end loading devices.
