One day some of the guys drove up in a pickup truck filled with Model 28 Teletype gear that they had managed to scrounge from a ship that was being decommissioned. I was in heaven. My bias for RTTY at the time is apparent here
This is the Teletype Model 28ASR (Automatic Send/Receive). It had everything in one cabinet.
Left to right: Model 28RO (Receive Only) printer, Model 28KSR (Keyboard Send/Receive) in the navy "skin tight" cabinet, and the NCG-2000 power amplifier.
