SVXlink on the Raspberry Pi

This section is still very much under construction, a lot of work has been put into it thus far but there is still a long way to go. The RPi I use is a model B with 512Mb of ram, OS is RASPBIAN but not the current version it was downloaded from the foundation website mid 2013.
