Thank you for your interest. The "C.I.R.C.L.E. 5 On-Line" is an information service project of the Club. This program has been designed in response to several requests to have our instructional materials posted on the Web. The program, however, is still on its infant stage. But, we do hope that the succeeding pages will give you some important insights and knowledge to go on with your interest in C.I.R.C.L.E. 5.
