RRC Field Day 2025
June 28-29, 2025
Field Day 2025 is going to be an exciting event.
The committee has found a different location for this years event.
Field Day 2025 will be held at Camp Bynden Wood at the YMCA Camp in Wernersville, PA.
We will have a VE Test Session at 10 AM Saturday.
There will be 3 HF Stations:
2 Voice / CW
1 Digital (FT8 / FLdigi)
1 VHF Talk In Station (accessing the W3BN Repeater)
1 Solar Station on 146.55.
We will run off a generator.
The location is air conditioned. We will have plenty of indoor and outdoor space.
Food has not yet been decided but we are confident it will be good.
We are looking for volunteers already.
There will be NO Friday meet-up or equipment gathering,.
Everything will be picked up and setup Saturday and taken down Sunday.
Due to the location, cell phone service is very spotty.
PLEASE NOTE: Per YMCA Rules, THERE IS NO TOBACCO USE AND NO WEAPONS ON THE PROPERTY. If you need to smoke, you must get in your vehicle and leave the YMCA Property.
