My history involving electricity and it's magnificent manifestations stretches back to 1993, when I built my first radio receiver - a Shaposhnikov detector. It worked like a charm and after spending the evening tweaking the controls and listening to many LW and MW stations, I was hooked for life. Since then the spirit of radio has found a home in my heart.
I am a Master of Engineering in Power Electronics (Sofia Technical University), EV devotee, amateur cryptologist, uC fan and an avid tube radio restorer.
I enjoy buildng and riding fast and powerful racing electric bikes, code in JALv2 for PIC microcontrollers, build small and medium power AM transmitters for restorers and AM afficionados, do R&D in small scale electronics for customers and friends.
I have a lovely wife and a beautiful baby daughter. Together with this magnificent hobby, they make my life rich and full of love and joy.
