All QSLs (SWLs QSLs as well) will be responded with pleasure, the best way to get mine is via buro, but if you are hurry, ( direct QSL turn-around is now about two months, usually one month ) QSL direct will be returned direct with no need for green stamps, IRC or any other fee. This is HAM-spirit and this is the way it must be. To be honest self adressed enveloppe or address label are extremely welcome, no need for stamp, IRC or $. For instance only during july 1998, 80 QSLs have been returned direct and 155 direct QSLs for January 2001. I'm also LX2OOO (OSCAR OSCAR OSCAR)
Before 26/07/99 I was not active on 50MHz, so all contact before this date are pirate activation and won’t get any reply from me, sry.

All QSL card I got via buro before 07/03/2015 have been printed and card will be sent 08/03/2015 via buro.

I wait to have a sufficient batch of labels to print regarding buro QSLs, it could take 2 to 3 months but if you are not able to wait that time (i. e. for award) just send me a mail and I will confirm that I got ur card via email and make an beautiful handcrafted label for you and send the card without delays. 

QSL are also ok via buro.
