↑ Current HF Propagation Conditions

There are various methods to assses the current HF propagation conditions:

  1. Track the actual band activity using DX Clusters and/or
  2. Listen to the HF bands, using your own rig, WebSDR, KiwiSDR, or monitor Beacons
  3. Watch regional MUF maps
  4. Use tools / applications to simulate or estimate the current ionospheric conditions based on data collected from recent Solar Activity, Space Weather reports, and remote sensing of the ionosphere and its layers.
