Subramanya,

1. Check your stackup specification for any dielectrics of zero thickness.
2. Sometimes a trace segment of greater width can get laid down on top
   of another. It's no problem in the Gergers, but I believe XNS will
   choke on it.
3. If you're doing off-grid routing, a "jog" of less than one trace width
   from off-grid to on-grid can confuse XNS.
4. If you're doing area fill and signal traces on the same layer, XNS can
   improperly translate this into "touching" conductors. We have a trouble
   call in on this one.
