I am not exactly sure of your requirement.
We use IBIS models only.
The following might help for LVpECL.

where I can find some SPICE models for a "generic"
LVDS driver/receiver and also for LVPECL?
  I have found a lot of models but only IBIS and I
only have a SPICE simulator.
  I just need some models which have the
characteristics of those families, no matter what
manufacturer. Maybe someone who has such models can
also send them to me?
