Alex,

I concur with Priyawrat. If I rememeber correctly, if you dig
around the Motorola (or now perhaps the ON-Semiconductor) site
you can find ECL I/O SPICE-based models. I don't know if you
can get LVPECL there or not.

I haven't found any LVDS spice-based models that are publicly
available. There are several ways to design a LVDS output buffer
and there was a discussion to that effect on this SI-LIST a few months
ago. So check the archives. If you had models available to you then you
could build you own.

I'm too not sure of your requirements. If you are doing a proof
of concept study or designing your own I/O then you just
need models and circuit designs. But if you are looking to use
commercial parts then you should use their SPICE or IBIS models.

Mike
