Hmmm, refuse to do business with them, maybe? Assuming other vendors provide
the same parts *AND* good IBIS models, and assuming your company's buy orders
will be of sufficient size to "talk," this could be an effective strategy.
The other strategy is to wear them down over time. It's slower, but if you
*DON'T* have all the above going for you, it may be the only viable strategy!
