Take a look at Teradyne's VHDM connector. The 6 row version has 76 signals/inch
with a ground blade between each of the signal rows. There is also an 8 row
version with 101 signals/inch.

Subject: [SI-LIST] : High Density Board to Board Connectors?

I'm looking for a high-density board to board connector. It must have 72
pins and prefer a ground-plane integral to the connector. We're considering;
AMP's Mictor 767007-9 and the SAMTEC 0.8mm QTE-020-03-F-D. Can anyone
recommend any other high-density connectors?
