Emissions must not extend below 3795KHz. Therefore, when using LSB, the
carrier frequency should be no lower than 3798.0 KHz. This segment should
be used for International contacts only.
NOTE: FSK includes all digital modes such as RTTY, packet and Amtor, using
frequency shift keying and occupying bandwidths up to 1.12KHz. The SSB/AM
segments can also be used for other voice modes or image transmission
using bandwidths up to 6KHz. Maximum permitted bandwidth for FM below
29MHz is 6KHz.
