The Virginia QSO Party is held during the 3rd full weekend in March.

Awards Ceremony: The VQP Awards Ceremony (pictures (about 5 MB)) was held at the Manassas Hamfest on Sunday, 10 June 2012, at 0900.  Plaques were presented to the high scorer in each of the plaque categories.  Plaques will be mailed to those who wee not able to be present at the awards ceremony.  Certificates were also available for pick-up. Certificates are given to all hams who submitted a log.  Certificates not picked up at the hamfest will be mailed to the recipients.

2012 VaQP Summary Briefing: A briefing (about 5 MB) is available which contains all the statistical data from the 2012 Party.

Certificate:  The certificate to be given to all participants in the 2012 Virginia QSO Party.

Log Metadata
A listing of all logs received (356 logs) with scores, station category, counties and independent cities contacted, etc.  11 June 12:  Re-posted with minor updates.

VQP Contest Rules
: (html format or MS Document) For 2012, the operating times for the Party have changed. The new hours are 
        Saturday, 17 March 1400 UTC - Sunday, 18 March 0200 UTC and  Sunday, 18 March 1200 UTC - 2400 UTC.         
       (For Virginians this is Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM and Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM Virginia local time.)

VQP Briefing: A presentation suitable for club meetings on the Virginia QSO Party. Includes rules, Party statistics, descriptions of certificates. (pdf 2M)

Plaques and Sponsors: 24 plaques. 

Paper Log Summary Sheets: (.pdf or .doc) Used to record header information for paper logs. Not required for cabrillo formatted logs.

Cabrillo Files Format:  Electronic submissions are requested. Cabrillo file format (v3.0) (or earlier versions) are acceptable.

Contest Logging Programs. 24 Jan 09: Logging programs designed for the Virginia QSO Party always help. We accept any logs, but logs submitted electronically and compliant with any cabrillo format are preferred. Worked All Virginia Award:  The "Worked All Virginia" award is offered by the Rappahannock Valley Amateur Radio Club.

Presentation Offer and Schedule: SPARC will give a presentation on the Virginia QSO Party to any group in Virginia
