This is teleconference program wich is allow chat between users in Internet. Have alot of usefull functions. In thousands IRC channels was  created our 2 channels for Russian radio amateurs - "RussianDX" and "Russia". all this channels created for russian language users and also for another any HAM's of course. This channel is works under "OTHERNET.org". Bytheway,  IRC channel DXCluster - "CQDX" also is available on Othernet.org. Access for all channels is free.

Additional report. After leaving from Turkey of our rescuers we got new unwaiting signals on our emergency frequiency from Turkey...It was rescue service from Uzbekistan - (former USSR Republic).
