I enjoy packet although it has been increasingly less
active and with less participants than originally.  I am not sure of the reason.  Perhaps it is packet's inherent slow speed of operation responsible for this change in the last few years?  I am not sure of that, either.  Every one seems to have a different answer.

     In any event, I enjoy the mode.  It is useful for me to
communicate with fellow Hams through-out Western
Massachusetts and, on occasion, through-out the world,
though admittedly not often.

     Packet, for me, is a useful tool to exchange traffic
for the National Traffic System.  On occasion, I will use
it for personal communications as well.
