Geog.zip
Geog is a suite of programs written by
Andy Talbot ( G4JNT ), some of which make reference to a database of UK
terrain heights, to provide useful information for radio amateurs (and
others interested in point-point working, i.e. laser communications?) The
suite consists of the following programs:-

The programs were written for a DOS environment,
but I have had no problems at all running them in Win95 (OSR2) or
WinNT(ver.4.0). You will need PKUNZIP or WINZIP to open the download file.
