I built this based on K5DH's 807 CW Transmitter. The circuit is pretty much verbatim, with only a couple of modifications. First is the power supply, which I built with the power transformer from an old Filmosound projector amp (yay Salvation Army) and a Stancor choke. Second is the addition of an 0C3 regulator on the screen of the 6AG7, which allows the use of cheap HC-49/U crystals without too much chirp (although it does chirp a bit with these crystals).
I got the chassis on eBay and punched/drilled it myself. Parts are from Play Things of Past, Weber VST, and Mouser. Tubes are from the basement of a good friend and fellow ham whose grandpa was a TV repairman back in the day.
Photos are below. I have a hand-drawn layout for the build if you're interested; I'll put it up soon.

Low-pass filter -- otherwise, this won't meet FCC requirements.
This is built Manhattan-style based on the design from Communication Concepts available here.

McElroy Stream Key to go with it. I got this as a kid from the estate of Charlie Bost (W8KJT, SK), a good friend of my grandparents'.

Alongside my Hammarlund HQ-129X, also from Charlie Bost. Ready for Straight Key Night!
