Diplomas of Central Radio Club ( CRC) awarded HAMs who contacted by radio from his location with another Radio amateurs in different territories of ex USSR from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific Ocean and all over the World.
Radio territories in ex USSR and now in Russia is usually administrative territories - oblast, republic or national region. Like a rule, each regional Radio Club in Russia has a self diploma to ordain to famous geographical or more often political occurrence that it was in this area.
