I generated a tcl/tk GUI interface to Hspice a while back
that takes in a deck, replaces the pulse voltage source
with a piece wise linear source of random bit pattern,
launches hspice, and massages the results into something
Excel or other graphing tools can view.

We've used it internally now for a few months, and it
seems to work pretty good. However, I (i.e., EE, not
a software-guy) wrote it, so I give no/zero/nill/etc.
guarantee/waranty/etc. on the documentation (or lack
there of) or accuracy/etc.

If you're willing to give it a shot, I'm willing to
to share. You'll need to have tcl/tk with Bwidgets
already installed. After that, you're need to modify
the code just a bit to point to the right command
directories/etc on your system.

If you're willing to give it a shot (with little or
no support from me), I'd be happy to send a copy.
