Derek,

When saying "...I have looked at several vendors parts ...", do you
mean you analyzed a real part with system and/or scope..? And now u r
looking for more theoretical details..?

If this is the case, did the various vendors had the same SSO rules with
respect to the number of power supplies ..?, did they used the same driver
(Drive capability in mA..?)..?, whats the difference u can point to..?
