[SI-LIST] : signal level conversions

I'v just recently subscribed to the SI mailing list.
My question is concerning mixed voltage levels
for clock signal. I'm wondering if anyone knows of
a device that will allow me to convert a 5V (25-50 MHZ)
clock signal to a 3.3V clock signal.
