There are 40 channels within each range.Channels are every 10khz
In Poland there are 40 channels in the subband C (26,960 - 27,400MHz)- so called basic forty, 40channels every 10khz.
Some channels are every 20 khz.These empty frequencies are called holes and are marked by letter A, e.g.3A, 7A, 11A, 15A oraz 19A.Channels marked A are used in radios equipped with "+10kHz" or "-10kHz" function.
