Members are prepared to accept higher costs for the Bulletin to maintain the excellent standard. Concern was espressed that $400 was still on the books in trust for the now disbanded YL2000 Committee.
Moved "That the $400 held by WARO for the YL2000 Committee be divided equally between the 5 Committee members on August 31st 2002, unless the YL2000 Committee members make alternative arrangements prior to that date."

SUBSCRIPTIONS remain as last year: $15 discounted to $10 if paid before 31st August. Sponsored members $5. Family $12. As recommended by the treasurer.

LIBRARIAN and SPONSORSHIP SECRETARY ....as printed in March Bulletin BULLETIN EDITOR ...as printed in March Bulletin. There was discussion on the recommendation of a "float". Members felt that the Printer's account should go direct to WARO Treasurer, and that the postage payment should not have to be carried by the Editor for more than a few days, if at all... therefore some mutually agreed arrangement should be worked out between Editor and Treasurer, such as prepaid envelopes, electronic transfer of money, etc. 
AWARDS MANAGER......This was read by ZL1ALK on behalf of ZL1LL.
It was pleasing to note the increase in Awards this year and the success of the 40th Anniversary Award.
BREAK IN COLUMNIST... presented by ZL3UD. Thanks were expressed to Margaret for her work in presenting an interesting column, read by many OMs, as well as our members. OFFICIAL BROADCAST ...presented by ZL2ADK.. Cathy was congratulated on her great presentation each month. This report is our chance to have WARO news broadcast more widely than any other means.
