The club conducted its 2023 Field Day operations in Santa Monica’s Clover Park. We had a great time this year and set-up radio stations in three separate areas of the park. Roger K6LMN set up an HF/VHF/UHF Phone station. Rick N6IET set up an HF CW station, transported to his site on his bicycle. Both stations were solar powered. New this year, we had Ian WQ6D setting up his great portable Digital Modes station. The stations all made a lot of contacts and we had many visitors who stopped by, including several of our club members.
