Welcome to my humble home on the web. This pleases me a lot to realize that you really want to know about me. Well! I am Shaikh Sadaqathullah. My Father's name is Shaikh Shamsudeen Mackie and My Mother's name is Ahmed Meeranachi. I have one elder Brother Shaikh Uvaisna Lebbai and one younger Sister Aysha.

I was born in Kayalpattinam on 23rd July 1970 (Hijri 1390, Jamadiul Awwal 19). I studied in Zion Preparatory School & Holy Trinity Senior Secondary School, George Town, Madras. After finishing my schooling, I went to my native town and studied Islam at Zavia Arabic College (A well known Islamic Institution in Kayalpattinam). Now I am settled in the port city of Chennai (Located in the South East Coast of India, Latitude - 13�05' N, Longitude - 80�17' E) for my Business. The Chennai (Madras) is the present gateway to South India, is the capital city of Tamil Nadu State.

I Married my maternal uncle - O.V.Shaikh Shamsudeen's daughter Asiya Katheeja on 3rd May 1992 (Hijri 1412, Shawwal 29), in a ceremony held at Zavia Arabic College, Kayalpattinam. She has one older brother and a younger sister.

She is a very religious, God-fearing and simple lady. She studied in Zubaida High School (for Girls) at Kayalpattinam. After finishing her schooling, She went to Aroosul Jannah Arabic College (Madarasathul Niswan - the First Islamic Institution for Women in Kayalpattinam) and studied Arabic and Islam and got her degree - Aalima Aroosia.

She is a good housewife, taking care of the family. She is also a good cook and well-versed in sewing. She received her Amateur Radio License in 1997. Her call sign is VU3 SDU. Her total and inspiring love has deeply enriched and strengthened my life. May Almighty Allah shower His abounding mercy and blessings upon her.

I have two children - a girl named Fathima Farooha (born at K.M.T.Hospital, Kayalpattinam on 29th September 1993) and a boy named Shaikh Shamsudeen Mackie (born at K.M.T.Hospital, Kayalpattinam on 08th June 1997).

I am a PMJF Lion belonging to Lions Club of Mylapore (District 324M). I have joined the Lions Club in the year 1995 (Club No.044133 - Int Membership No.1239681 Dt:31/01/1995) and also a member of Indian Red Cross Society. I am a regular Blood Donor and my Blood group is AB Negative (very rare group in the world). I am registered as Blood Donor with the Madras Voluntary Blood Bureau.

When I was 21, I came to know about the HAM Radio community and its services. Few years later, in 1994, I obtained my Amateur Radio Licence. My current call sign is VU2SDU (older call sign is VU3SDQ). In 1998, I also founded an Amateur Radio Society in my home town (Kayalpattinam). It is named Kayalpattinam HAM Radio Society and its club call sign is VU2 KYP. I am also currently the Secretary of this society.

I like to travel World over. And so for I have visited a few Countries. I have been involved in designing and updating my own personal web site. A few amongst them are Reading, Swimming, Driving, Cycling, Chatting in the Amateur Radio and Surfing in the Internet.
