- Plans and announcements, activities
- News, SOTA, swap meetings, repairs, contests, planned visits, demos
- Time to meet. Face to face discussion time.
- Meeting is adjourned
- After the meeting we drive home

- Prepare your presentation material:
- Slides, PowerPoint, pictures, video, demo, hardware, software, DIY, experience
- All provided by volunteers
- There are no government (tax-payer) financial grants
- In return you will receive more than what you brought to the table
- Participate and plant your skills
