It doesn't matter anyway, because if you just ignore MS's constant interruptions and attempts to revert all your settings...sooner or later they'll just do it during an update or they start corrupting your files, apps, and drivers so you can't use them. Forcing you to do an update or worse the dreaded "fresh" OS reinstall wiping every setting you've made back to day one.

Who reading this hasn't been through this MULTIPLE TIMES? The internet and Microsoft's own forums here are FILLED with posts about "why if this service using so much CPU?", with people inquiring how to turn off all MS's junk. Every post has an MS moderator responding with the same "non-solutions read off a sheet" then suggesting a fresh OS reinstall.

Seriously, how many people reading this literally got great at running computers strictly by constantly have to research, modify, and shut down useless Microsoft junk services?
How many times have people got Windows and whatever OS Microsoft is running exactly how WE want it only to have Microsoft do whatever it wants and change everything? That is what viruses and malware do.

PS - "diagnostic data" sent to Microsoft to "help"? That is also what spyware does.

Why this Digikey SOT-23 MMBR2222 behaves so funny? An old metal-case 2N2222 worked fine. Counterfeits.

Why this PN2n4403 and PN2222 behaves funny? Some transistors had mirrored footprint. Old metal-case transistor solved the mystery. Counterfeits.

The Amphenol 50-ohm SMA terminators worked for two days. Then they had 100-ohms or stayed open. Counterfeit.
Correction: Inspecting guts of the 50 ohm terminator revealed Amphenol terminator product is shit with wrong concept.

The IRF.com switching power MOSFETs behave funny. Counterfeit. this is known for years.

Some pieces need 7 turns, some need 8.5 turns. The tolerances are quite spread.
Toroids with Parexyl require smaller wire diameter.
Larger wire has smaller proximity surface area by the magneticum.
This was a small lot from 2020 with lead time over six months.!
Decided to switch to a different manufacturer, for good.
