The first amateur radio club in Rokycany were grounded shortly after the WW II by some enthusiasts. The call was OK1ORY and in 1953 we changed it to OK1KRY. Since the beginning of OK1KRY the club focused on VHF. There were many very good technicians and skilled operators. Like every in the fifties we started with old german tube receivers and transmitters and built own transvertors and transmitters.
