Repeater

The 146.68 repeater in Livingston County is owned and operated by LARK. The system is located three miles southwest of Howell on Cedar Lake Road, one-half mile south of Norton Road. The equipment in use is a Motorola MTR2000 repeater with a Link Communications Club Deluxe II Controller.

The frequency is 146.68 receive/146.080 transmit. This machine uses 162.2 HZ PL tone, and anyone can dial 911 for emergency dispatch. Features include back-up power and a Digital Voice Recorder.
 

Planned Expansion

Current plans include the addition of remote receivers, a weather station, SAME receiver, Echolink, and a few other user features.
 
 

Remember to always ID at the beginning and end of using the repeater, and at 10 minute intervals.
