Above is my prototype PIC16F84 (From Microchip) test screen genearator which creates a white on black Cruciform pattern. This can be used as an aid to testing video monitors,or as a small links tester. I have also added a 1Khz audio tone generator for the simultaneous testing of your audio chains.
