May 2012: re-activate old 10GHz beacon DB0ZDF in JN49cx
Juli 2008: i sold my 3cm equipment
which i bought from Henry (DG1VL). I build then a new
3cm station which was so far just a standalone transverter
DB6NT MKU10G2 (IF 432MHz) and again a 48cm Procom dish. Amazing i had more then 10QSO's (mainly
in SSB!) with an ODX of 390Km with just “98mW”. With the right
thunderstorm QRPP power is enough for some very nice QSO's.
R1: DB6NT Transverter v1, 2-stage
amplifier to 1.2W*, Preamp ~1.0dB NF, 48cm Procom dish (sold) * i sold my old
station to Marcel (F5DQK) and he measured inside a tx
semigerid cable with a lot of attenuation. So the
real output in all my QSO's was just 700mW.
R2: DB6NT MKU 10 G2 432, 98mW, no Preamp
1.2dB NF, 48cm Procom dish (my new 3cm equipment) -> since 1.Aug 10 with increased power (5W instead 1.2W)
