| This interesting Russian Keyer came with the original box and a very complete set of instructions with full schematics. Here are some more views of the paddle. Darrell, ZL/W6HPM tells me that the design, based on a hacksaw blade, may have been suggested by the use of a hacksaw blade by Russian marine operators to make a sideswiper, the Russian name for which was 'pila' (pee-LA) or saw.
