Uh-oh.. I should have proof read my last message one more time.
I got my proportional and inversely-proportional messed up! The
paragraph below should have read:

        From the above table, it can be seen that the capacitance is
        inversely proportional to, and the inductance and impedance are
        proportional to the thickness of the dielectric.
