The Pacific County Amateur Radio Club serves Amateur Radio operators, those aspiring to become licensed Amateurs and our communities in Pacific County, which is located in the southwest corner of coastal Washington State.

Ham Radio Field Day...

Once again, PCARC will participate in Ham Radio Field Day! The event, involving radio operations set up "in the field", will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 27, 2008, and run through 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 28, 2008. The Public is invited to stop by and see what Amateur Radio is all about. Again this year, the site will be the Port of Peninsula, Nahcotta Small Boat Basin. Click here for a map to the event. Come to our Meetings!   

We meet once a month on the second Saturday. The usual place is the Harbor Lights Restaurant in Ilwaco, Washington at 9AM (local), except for the meetings in the first month of each Quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) when we meet in Bay Center, at the Dock of the Bay Restaurant, at 9:30 AM. Talk-in frequency is 146.860- (118.8 Hz PL tone required) or the BeachNet system, and everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend! The next meeting is July 11, 2009 at the Dock of the Bay, in Bay Center.

Change in Meeting Day!   

The PCARC club has changed our normal Meeting Day to the Second Saturday of the Month. The change will begin with the July 11, 2009 meeting. This is a permanent change.
