QSL Info: via Bureau (or Direct)

I QSL 99,99%. I try to use the bureau as much as possible since it's an inexpensive way to exchange QSL-cards. If you like it fast or are DX, you can send me direct too.

I am not (yet?) part of the electronic QSL-exchange systems  eQSL.cc, "The Electronic QSL Card Centre" or LoTW, "Logbook of the World".
