~Barry Reider~
My name is Barry Reider, and I live in Loveland, CO. USA. I am currently licensed as a technician
(no code), but am working on my General upgrade. I will learn and pass the code test, even if the
requirement is lifted, as I think it's an art that is very much a part of the hobby. I hope to expand
this page greatly in the near future (don't we all say that?) I would like to include those things that
are of interest to me in ham radio, so it should be an "ever evolving" site. I am mostly active with 2m
local communications now, and hope to gain HF privileges and experience soon. I am involved in the
local ARES group (Colorado ARES District 10), as I've always had a great interest in emergency services.
I have also been involved in fox hunting (hidden transmitter hunting), and am trying to get started in
packet as well.
