Section VII
Quorum: Five (5) voting members, two of which must be an officer of the Club, shall constitute a quorum.
Meetings: Regular meetings shall be held on the third Saturday of each month. Meetings during even numbered months will be held at the Nolin RECC Building, 411 Ring Road, Elizabethtown, KY. Meetings during odd numbered months will be held at Radcliff Fire Station #1, 604 S. Wilson Road, Radcliff, KY. Exceptions may be directed by the President for special reasons (i.e. when the Club membership is involved in Emergency Communications assistance or is supporting a public service event such as Future Leaders Day).
Section VIII
Order of Business:
Business shall be conducted in accordance with the agenda developed by the President.
Changes to the By Laws:
These BY LAWS may be amended by a motion from the floor duly seconded by a voting member (Officers, Executive Board, and Full Members). The motion will be recorded in the Secretaries minutes and voted upon at the next scheduled regular meeting. Additions to the BY LAWS requiring a change to the Constitution cannot be effected until the Constitution is changed.
