Section V
Maintenance of Club Property: The Executive Board may authorize Club personnel involved in maintaining Club owned property to expend an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) and submit a bill to the Treasurer for payment. If the repair cost will exceed fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the item, repair will be deferred until approved by the Club membership at the next scheduled regular meeting.

Committees: The Following are Standing Committees and will be activated and appointed by the President as required:
1. Membership
2. Housing
3. Nominations
4. Programs
5. Field Day
6. Hamfest
7. Constitution and By Laws
8. Technical
9. Others as required
