The club's van, our mobile emergency communications unit, has local and global capabilities in the Amateur Radio UHF, VHF and HF bands, as well as Local Police, Fire, and Government along with Citizen's Band frequencies. A Global Positioning System has also been added to the van's capabilities. The emergency communications van enhances our ability to provide rapid, comprehensive communications in case of an emergency and during public service events.
