Those testing for an upgrade will also need a photocopy of their current license that will be sent to ARRL with the application for upgrade if the candidate is successful.  Those needing special testing considerations due to a disability may call the Information Contact Person to arrange for a special test session. The ARRL fee to take an examination is $14.00. A check made out to ARRL/VEC or exact currency payment is required at the time of the examination for the initial test and each re-test requested for tests that may have been failed at the session.  Examiners cannot make change. All money is sent to the ARRL and no money is retained by the Volunteer Examiners. Be sure to bring a photocopy of your current license and any current CSCE that you have. The photocopies of these documents will be attached by the examiners to your application that is forwarded to the ARRL. A copy machine isn't available at the test sites.
