MISSION
STATEMENT FOR
INGHAM, CLINTON, EATON RAIDO GROUP |
As members
of the Ingham, Eaton, Clinton (I.C.E.)radio group. We strive for the highest
in excellence of the amature radio service. To teach and to assist those
that are newly licensed and the ones that will become hams in the future.
We believe that amateur radio is a hobby and not a job, and for this reason
the service is not to be top priority. We do understand that each member
has other obligations and therefore no member is completely obligated
to participate in activities unless they wish to. This is an informal
group devoted to learning about all aspects of the service as well as
meeting new friends with similar likes, so therefore (I.C.E.) does not
hold any prejuduces against any other groups or clubs, and (I.C.E.) should
be consederd to be a funnle to said groups and clubs (Ie: C.M.A.R.C.,
L.C.D.R.A., and A.R.P.S.C., ect). We are here to have fun and enjoy our
licensure into the amateur radio service to the fullest. There is no chain
of command for this all members are equal and can both vote on and bring
forward any issues they see fit. No dues are assed nor will there be any,
and at no time will any member be asked to support the group in any way
other than being a member. For more info you can contact me at this link.
