The aPo-EvNet WebSite, the first APO regional website in the Philippines and launched on the World Wide Web for public viewing on September 3, 1999 during the term of then RDD 8 Bro. Romi Restituto (Pi), was designed and maintained by Bro. Rey Seno (Epsilon Omega) with the consultative and technical assistance from Bro. Chito Refuerzo (Alpha Omicron).
This website can be best viewed using Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 6 at 800 x 600 or higher screen resolution.
