Alpha Phi Omega Philippines maintains a four layer administrative structure:
The national level oversees all operations for the entire organization.
The regional level divides the organization into 10 Administrative Regions.
Each administrative region administers Sections which are unified geographical areas within the administrative region.
The Section administers the basic organizational units.
The chapter and the alumni association are the basic organizational units.
