About me

HAMRADIO:

Old man "Hans", that am I, persues hamradio since 1956 (SWL DM-0966/D). First licence was given 1959: DM3YTD. After that, whitout that I liked to change the call by myself: DM3SUM (62-64), DM2BLD (64-65), DM2DGO (65-80), Y22WO (90-91), DL7UHR (91-95) and now, I hope finally, DL7CM.
That means  50 years in the air, with one exception. From 1980 till political turn 1990 I had to make a compulsory break. 1979 I had tried to organize a dxpedition to 3W. Therefore I lost my DM2-licence. During this time I started my computer activity.

I am member #61 of German DX Foundation. So also look for http://www.gdxf.de

My rig: station
FT2000 + ETO91ß
Ant: 29 mtrs high GP for 160-40 mtr bands
Yagi XP707 means abt 4 elements for each band 30-10 mtrs
(10 & 30 mtrs  is reconstructed - look down)

Results:
DXCC: 338 worked and 338 confirmed
In RTTY: 325 wrkd / 324 cfmd
Magic Band: 155 wrkd / 155 cfmd

About others

HAMRADIO: Somebody grumble about F6FNU, W3HC, VK4FW. Why?? Things get worse: f.i. the many intentional lids on a DX-QRG. Let's be behaviour hams!

By the way really bad qsllers are TI2JJP (no answers at all), IK0FVC (answered by each letter only the half of qso's, so that you have to write once more and still once more..).

UA3AGS or stns like UN5PR (UP5P) and YL2PQ are only $-collectors.

F.i. OZ2LD and GM4FDM say, QSLing is only paperwork, keep away from QSOing

...and others do not use their home QSL-bureau: UA0AV, YO8FR,  there are a lot of W's, GM's, GW's too.

Others point to eeqsl. I think, users of eqsl are only too lazy for writing paper qsl. I have made several DXpeditions. If these stations need a qsl for itsself, suddenly they are able to write paper qsl. Probably they can not understand that another om could need their card

I also do not praise KU9C so high as it is done. In addition zu his daily work he has too many and too busy clients to be quick and careful
