Copyright Warning - Especially for the News Media

The vast amount of information that this website contains is a big reason why local news media love to browse this site.  (The news media has scanners so that they can cover breaking and other newsworthy stories).  It has also come to my attention that some of the news media has taken photographs, information, and/or HTML documents in whole or in part, from this site without any regard whatsoever about securing proper permission and authorization first, and/or by failing to give proper credit to the original owner of the document, and/or by deleting any copyright statements so as to make it their own.  Guess what?  It's not yours -- it's MINE!

To date, my research has yielded that KITV4 Island Television News and West Hawaii Today has taken photographs and or information from this website either in whole or in part WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED PERMISSION OF THE AUTHOR.
