In the near future I will sit for the General Class Radio Amateur Exam and hope to upgrade my Ham Licence from 4S6 to 4S7. Hi!. Then I will be able to work DX on SSB and CW in full swing. I like CW very much. On 19th August 2001 during the "Dondra" light house DX-pedition, I was fortunate enough to operate  special event station 4S7LGT. I did my first CW QSO with VU2LX om "LAX" on 7MHz.  It was really a great thrill operating Radio Society of Sri-Lanka Special Event Station 4S7LGT from top of the Dondra Light House, which is located at the southern tip of Sri-Lanka. I have received the QSL for my very first QSO on CW and I send my sincere greetings to Om "Lax".

Presently I will be sharing my Dad's Ham gear, but I will be restricted to  use only the Novice Class Frequency allocations. As I am authorized to work HF on 3.5 - 3.6 MHz , 21.125 - 21.200 MHz & 28 - 28.5 MHz, kindly do contact me as QSL is 101% sure. Also I plan to operate the Club Station of the Radio Society Of Sri-Lanka 4S7RS when time permits. As my GCE O/L Exam is in year 2002, I may not hear so often on HF bands.
