In amateur radio I like digital
modes, and I am one of the first operators in Macedonia on Packet, first on
Pactor, Amtor, PSK31 e.t.c. But favorite mode for me is CW and RTTY. When I
started with amateur radio in early 80`s I put in my mind DX-ing, Contesting and
Digital modes. I am participant in almost all bigger contests such as CQ WW WPX,
CQ WW CW/SSB, CQ WW RTTY, WAE, ARI, UBA, IARU, JARTS, BARTG, ARRL e.t.c. In
these contests I have made more than 180.000 contacts from 1987 up to now and I
won 3.5 MHz LP in the CQ WW WPX SSB for 1994. I also won 14 MHz CQ WW CW 1995,
and second place in CQ WW SSB for 1995. Have confirmed 330 countries Mixed mode
and 280 on RTTY. I don't know how many I have on SSB?! At summer time we are
going to the mountains for about 10 days with other members of Z37M/Z30M and
from there I made some QSO`s on 6 meters, but I`am trying with 10 W from my home
also. Meanwhile, I just listen on the bands and if some NEW is come, I fired up,
HI. If you hear my callsign in any contest, PLEASE give me a call. Also, when a
contest is coming , I am going to the local Airport, close to our city, where we
have TH6-DXX for 20/15/10 and some wires for low bands. Between May 20-28, 2002
I was one of the operators at YM0KA - TA0/Z37M DX-pedition on Bozcaada Isl.
Turkey (AS-099) together with other members of our Radio club Z37M/Z30M. I was
active from there in the CQ WW WPX CW 2002 as Single op. 20m. HP as TA0/Z37M and
result is: 2134 QSO`s, 746 prefixes and 4.474.508 points. 1st place - WORLD. Also
I was operator at S50C, ZA1UT in Durres, T98LBC with Lothar and Babs, and
HG6N.
